Summary
As part of the Snowball team, I worked to refresh the Frøya Life brand and its digital presence. Together with the client, I went through several design iterations to create a website that feels welcoming, is easy to navigate, and includes a knowledge hub to support people exploring fertility challenges.
Project objective
Frøya is a digital companion for women on the journey to parenthood. As a private fertility consultant, they help women make the most of their chances to become moms, offering treatments through selected clinics across Scandinavia. The goal of this project was to refresh Frøya Life’s digital presence, making it welcoming, easy to use, and a helpful resource for users exploring fertility challenges.
My role
At the start of the project, I focused on shaping the overall design direction and translating the client’s goals into a clear structure. I worked on the site map, wireframes, and an illustration set that could be used consistently across the website and social media.
As we iterated, one of the key design challenges was balancing a friendly, approachable visual style with flexible components that could hold a lot of content. I collaborated closely with the client throughout this process, testing ideas, refining layouts, and ensuring the site would be both visually engaging and practical for users.
What we delivered
The refreshed website launched successfully and provides a warm, inviting space for users to access valuable information about fertility. It combines clear navigation with approachable visuals and an adaptable design system that can grow as Frøya Life adds new content. The client was pleased with the result, and the site now serves as a trusted digital companion for women on their journey to parenthood.
